I have my first coach complaint. I bought a Kelsie purse that I use once in a while. Since I bought it about 2 months ago, the strap unclips from the purse. It was happened 4 times. The strap unhooks and the purse falls down, The last time it happened was Saturday evening. I was leaving from dinner and getting on the escalator going down, My strap unclipped and the strap got caught in my foot. Luckily I had ahold of the railing. It could have been a very bad outcome. I want to return this bag. Get a refund even though I used a gift card.
