Yes, and it's an AWESOME service. They do a pre-authorization on your card, i. E.: they charge your card as soon as you join and then the charge is IMMEDIATELY reversed. I have Chase bank, my card was charged and then returned within 5 minutes.
Hello Susan, Thanks for your interest in our service. Yes, our's is a garment rental service, with the most popular plan of (2 garments out at a time), priced at $68 + taxes per 30-day billing cycle. Those on the 2-item plan usually receive 6-8 garments per month depending on how fast they return them. Speaking of which, you may keep the garments with you as long as you need, before returning them in exchange for another garment/s. When you're ready to receive another garment - we have a "Return Notification" feature where you can give us a heads-up that items are on their way back to us and we can start processing your next package. Our average turnaround time is 4-7 days depending on if you use our return notification feature & where you live. The return notification feature lets you tell us when you're returning an item, so we do not wait to physically receive it & can start processing your replacement within an hour of clicking. Importantly, should you like to purchase any garment you receive as part of your rental shipment you can do so easily, and that too, at generously discounted prices. I hope this helps. Best, Gwynnie
