Ibginnie is just about the worst mod I've ever encountered - not just on City Data, but anywhere else on the Internet. Why they don't get rid of her is beyond me. Poncho NM is not in the running for the Mr (or Ms) congeniality award either.

Ibginnie is absolutely the worst. She has singlehandedly turned the P&OC board into a Trump cesspool. I received a 90 day infraction for asking a Trump supporter to back up their statements with facts. It was deemed "rude" and off I went to the corner for three months. Meanwhile, that same poster called me a "libtard" and told me I was $#*!ed for being a Democrat, and those posts stayed. They are up even still. That tells you everything you need to know about ibginnie. I picture her as a pasty white morbidly obese old lady whose life is miserable so she needs to spread some of her misery around. It's a shame, too, because there are some really intelligent people there who want to have intelligent discussions, but ibginnie will not allow that because the Trump sycophants can't keep up with intelligent discussions. So out everyone with a brain must go so the Trump bootlickers can have free reign. P&OC is ibginnie's personal cesspool now.

Ugh, Ibginnie. I can't figure this one out, seems the worst. They are always killing innocuous posts and entire topics, just due to one of their "favorites" apparently reporting anything they don't like, yet will leave up really offensive, hostile remarks by some posters, so it makes no sense. It's all about their seemingly being partial to some and taking it out on others, so one like this should not be allowed to be in this position. I don't know what abilities are considered to become a Mod, but something is definitely wrong there. Not the type to be running any show.

Other than that, some posters are intelligent, communicative, mature and funny and that is what I like about posting there. Too bad good posters could not all move to another site that is operated more maturely.

Totally slanted, totally emotional, angry, and bullying (though all in private), and the trigger is if you repeatedly criticize Donald Trump. Try to object to the unfair treatment or try to continue criticizing Trump and you may not last long at all, because they start off by suspending your account and threatening you and then just progress freely to banning you.

Ibginnie is the worst Mod on CD; also the worst troll. "She" uses right wing sock puppet accounts to stir up crap on her own forum. That's why you never see "their" posts censored for blatant TOS violations even though "she" hammers anything/everything remotely liberal. Ibginnie keeps making up new rules about conduct, derogatory nicknames etc. that she never bothers to enforce.

I'm actually asking SPLC to look into City-Data as a hate site given their overt racist actions. I'm also looking into various real estate ethics watch groups to look into possible criminal discriminatory behavior.

Ibginnie has put me in C-D jail twice in the past four months for the crime of disagreeing with one of her favorite posters (an uptight conservative from a minority religion who loves to play the victim Everything to her is a personal insult, I'm sure you can guess who that would be). Others have received infractions for that very same reason. Ibiginnie has her pets, and anyone else dare not cross them. She's an illogical troll herself.

Ah where to start. Most of them are total crap who have an incurable case of TDS. IBGinnie is a huge POS but she's not RW as others have claimed. Its interesting that there are so many reviewers here talking about how the site has a RW bias. I think its the opposite. I'm extremely conservative and have been the recipient of much harassment from the mods and I have seen the other conservatives (of which there is only a small core group) get the same.

She and the other libtards arbitrarily impose infractions for "trolling" even though CD cannot even define this term in their forum rules, and if you call them on it they basically say its anything that turns out to be controversial, or that you only posted it to stir up controversy. (as if they can read minds). Morons. Its really just a catch-all to ban people they don't like and delete posts that show up the stupidity of other posters. How do I know? Well its usually fine until you start winning the argument, then BAM, they will either close the thread or delete the comments. All of the comments I've had deleted there had garnered tons of Reputation points and positive comments. FFS.

I was thinking that it HAD to be that the site is somehow influenced by Eastern Europe or that type of thing and money.

But, contrary to the nice fella above and his/her opinion, it most certainly is right wing because they allow the starting and continuation of mass amounts of fully racists and nationalist threads... whilst mass deleting and/or closing posts within those threads that rebut.

I think a further investigation is in order and will see if maybe a good snoop wants to do so. Of course, this will get more people to their site... but who cares? They claim non-bias and free speech (the owner), so lets see what the reality is in terms of where the $$ comes from, etc

Yac is constantly accusing people of having "duplicate accounts" and banning them with no warning or chance to respond. Do not use your account on a shared computer or shared wifi, or you will eventually be accused of this since multiple people will have logged on from the same URL. Dude is paranoid and/or on a power trip.

PJSinger or PJSaturn (who apparently is allowed to *actually have* duplicate accounts) is a half-wit who defends trolls and doles out infractions (along with long, nonsensical lectures via PM) to anyone who stands up to the trolls or dares use facts.

There are others (mention by others above), but these two are particularly frustrating. I rarely use the site anymore as a result, which is a shame-- it used to have a lot of potential, I thought.

Ibginnie wins the prize. She's being kept on a short leash lately and the Politics forum is becoming more interesting and balanced. She used to let one of her pets post all over the forum with his crazy conspiracy theory nonsense, but he's been put on a shorter leash too.

From my experiences, one of the main mods who's also allegedly one of the owners, is Marka or Markie.

Ibginnie, for her not very clear reason for deletion of posts "trolling or response to deleted message." Those are two different things. I try hard to be a serious, non-attacking poster.

Ibginnie is the worst offender and most just fall in line. CaseyB is useless. I had a few run ins with him over inconsistent moderation and he goes and say "Oh well you said X, Y, Z" and ignoring what you brought to them. Oldhag1 use to be fine but then red-pilled during the COVID lockdown.

Elnina and Yac. Before I got banned, well I think I am/lol, cannot log in today, Yac would delete my threads and posts. I would notice and ask why? Zero response. Last night I received an email from CD saying Elnina had sent me a Private Message. Cannot log in, got error message. I hope they go downhill like Twitter and Facebook. Have no idea what her message says.
