They may operate a company, but they run it like a scam. If you have any issues don't expect a great response or resolution. PayPal disputes was the only way many have been able to hold them accountable.

Yes, server was setup after payment, server was live in maybe 2 to 3 mins and then was able to connect snd play.

I believe they want to be a company, but have been a 100% scam for me. Relentless charges every month to my card for a server that is broken and they refuse to stop charging me or refund any of the previous fraudulent charges.

A legit company but they do have some funky tech support
