Easy with live chat or ticket, idk if they do phone
They will reply within a day or two, but they are not at all helpful or actually help dig into solve a problem
Live chat is only for selling you services. If you want tech support or request refund or anything that doesn't count as sales, you have to submit a ticket. Sometimes they are quick and sometimes they are not.
