I am considering buying from them. I see the BBB rating is good but customer reviews are poor! How could that be?

The company can't answer any questions about any particular product they are only an escrow company that hold your money so that you can look at the product before you pay for it

All seller are lier. Please don't buy from there. In the best way, you will receive a watch but not as they discribe in advertisements. I suggest you buy a watch in real not by Internet. I have experience more than 12 watches.
