I strongly believe that there is a language barrier with persons who speak English. Because when you explain why you are returning the tone if the agents are very defensive and not very helpful. In terms of size, it is fine just check the size chart properly.

I ordered 6 items all at once .5 showing they have been shipped and one still procesding since 11/11/2018.my question is ,will i ever get my items ?

No - I never did. And because I didn't keep my shipping label for over 5 months, they said I couldn't prove it didn't arrive.
