Hanan, unfortunately due to security reasons, we can only send emails to the email that was provided at the time of booking. Check with the credit card holder, looks like it went to their email address that was provided.

We do charge a service fee for our services which is stated in our terms and conditions as well as included in your total cost. Please provide the 8 digit booking number, we will check for you.

Hello, Vicki, please review the website again, it states you can cancel within 24 for a fee, and receive a refund of the original tickets, it does not state "free". It is also on your payment page of the booking down at the bottom where you acknowledged you read the t&C.
