why do you charge 50$ for 24 hr cancellation when websitesays FREE cancellation?????

Hello, Vicki, please review the website again, it states you can cancel within 24 for a fee, and receive a refund of the original tickets, it does not state "free". It is also on your payment page of the booking down at the bottom where you acknowledged you read the t&C.
