Iv booked return tickets from belfast international to alicante spain but have only recieved comformation for one way tickets to alicante we are due to fly on the 2 september i am extremely worried as i don't want to get stuck in spain

NEVER BOOK FLIGHTS WITH CHEAPOAIR! ENDLESS SAGA! Beside that they asked me $5797 to change one leg of the return of a $1350 flight a first time and then $7876, I finally discovered that they are located in PAKISTAN! No air company can detect on their system the fare for this ticket so no company could change this return! The ticket has been bought from those gangsters from some consolidator in a shady way. The customer service is pitiful and simply doesn't care about you once you have been scammed with the ticket purchase. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Basically out of a regular flight of 16 hours I have to add 9 hours to reach LA via Washington. A real pain in the butt. And now that I already checked in, they are babbling of contact Lufthansa when I'm already in the plane AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I bought a ticket via cheapoair for a ryanair flight and i got a confirmation email and itinerary from ryanair itself, but hours later i got an email from cheapoair that my bookin hasn't gone through. i have an iinerary and confirmation/proof of purchase from ryanair - what's going on?

I agree with the above. Call CheapOAir customer service. I have used them several times and they have been very helpful.

If it is a real and legitimate website, since i will surrender my credit card number and pay more than 1,000 usd

Answer:

In case you have selected "flexible dates" and you do not reply to the email they send you within 24 hours they will end up choosing and buying with your credit card another ticket for you. That is simply not correct. The buyer should have always the last word if they use your credit card.

I had to pay $75.00 for cancelation on the same day of booking. i was misled by 24 hours cancelation.

Answer:

Misleading customers and false advertising and even cheating you out of your points if you have any is their legacy. They're still learning. They don't understand that it's better to provide good customer service and win a customer instead of using LOTS OF BUSINESS.

I would book directly through the airlines, even if it costs a little more. I promise you it is worth it. I paid for the insurance through cheapo and it was totally pointless and a waste of money. I got stranded in Mexico without a visa because of them No lie! I had to go into my savings and purchase a whole other set of tix in order to get home. Till this day they have refused to make it right even with the insurance I bought. (two different packages actually) After I bugged and bugged them, they offered a $50 credit (after I spent and lost hundreds) I checked it to see if it was good and it didn't even work, it was fake. I would just play it safe and book with the airline. If you run into a problem they will both say since you booked through a third party they aren't responsible and give you the run around back and forth anyway. Trust me lol I was traumatized by this thing! That is why I am taking the time to write reviews to save others the nightmare Good luck!

How do you obtain cheapoair credit line?

Answer:

We have a credit card with Synchrony bank you apply for it online. We also at times will offer payment plan which you click on during the check out process, it's not offered on every booking. It's called AFFIRM and it is only applied for at the end of the reservation.

Hanan, unfortunately due to security reasons, we can only send emails to the email that was provided at the time of booking. Check with the credit card holder, looks like it went to their email address that was provided.
