I just booked a flight and received a follow up phone call, which I was unable to pick up. I am trying to call back but line is always busy. I have also since read many negative reviews about your site and how the follow up call is to ask for extra $ and photocopies of my credit card and that your customer service is horrible. Are you people for real or did I make a big mistake?
