I support Teru's answer. They are a real business, but they seem to operate on their own terms with the front of politeness. I tried to order a hard-to-find item and CDJapan cancelled it as out of stock several days later. This was an item released in 2012; it's not like it was a bestseller. That tells me they don't keep listings current for customers or they have poor communication with their warehouses. I don't trust their service. But they do get good reviews from some people. Seems like a hit or miss company so be cautious anyway.
