I ordered a BD from them last December and I just recently noticed this April 1 that they banned Philippines for shipment. I contacted DHL Japan and PH and they confirmed no news about banning my country for shipment. They won't listen and keep pushing that my country is banned, now I am just requesting them to ship my order to a Japanese address but no responses were received. Bad customer service. I suggest amazon more.
