I have 2 questions about the product. When you run a registry scan and then it shows many, many items that are potential problems, what do you do if you are not tech savvy? Do you delete them all with the possibility of messing up the computer. I heard that if you don't know what you are doing, registry cleaners can be dangerous. My next question is about duplicate files. I ran the program and again I got hundreds of potential duplicates. How do you go about cleaning these up and what might be the cause of this?
