It is a legitimate and helpful business BUT your experience will depend on the franchise location. Most of the people have little experience in the business and are transitioning themselves to business owners. Many are extremely helpful especially when you are trying to relocate a loved one to a nursing home or downsizing. Do your research on the individual location first before signing up with them.
