I havent gotten any emails about my order or from carid.com, but my bank was charged for the sale so i know i made one a couple days ago.

I am sorry you have faced this issue. Let's try a few things. First: please check your spam folder, as the invoice might have gone there. Second, please provide us with the phone number, which was noted in your order and your e-mail - we will locate your order, and correct the e-mail address, perhaps it has been misspelled.
