After having paid for the white collar plan, I'm about a month in with no references and Jennifer texts me back 1 time a week. Is this normal?

That's definitely not normal. I'm not sure who Jennifer is. I worked with Amey. Amey had my references created in one day and responded back to me within 24 hours every time.

It also depends on how much effort you are putting into looking for a position. Do you mean you have yet to receive your references? Or has no one called on your references? Can you explain or contact me directly via admin@careerexcuse.com
