They can do that for you. Whatever you need just work with them and write up the details. They follow direction very well

That's definitely not normal. I'm not sure who Jennifer is. I worked with Amey. Amey had my references created in one day and responded back to me within 24 hours every time.

Very low or zero. They provide an excellent reference.

They povide phone numbers for a reference check and return the call once it is made. You provide what they say so it's always accurate.
