How do i stop being charged for membership. i have tried since march to stop the payment (phone calls and emails) but they still keep coming, anne edwards

Answer:

Cancel your charge card with your bank or institution citing fraudulent activity & ask them to reissue a new card. The new card will have a different set of numbers.

Answer:

If you have not paid for a care.com membership you cannot be paid thru them. Request cash payments directly from your tentative new employer.

How do you cancel care.com?

Answer:

Log in from desktop and go to account and settings, under membership information select downgrade, select end membership, choose why downgrading, confirm you want to dg, youll get an on screen confirmation when done and an alert under messages
