on 12/15/15You will never get a job off of this site. I've applied to so many jobs. Never a reply. Just scan texts from out of the country.im just advertising locally. I think this site just takes people's money
Under your settings you cancel your subscription or call the 800 number. You don't need to contact the bank or destroy a card.
Just go on their site and scroll down the menu on the left to cancel supscription (this heading might be found under your account)
Or you can call customer service directly and asked to cancel.
Hope that helps :)
Go to your account and select "downgrade". I received a confirmation that it had been done and there would be no additional charges. We'll see!
You contacted the vendor, next - contact the card issuer. Next, report it to the Better Business Bureau and send a letter to the state attorney general if necessary. We are ALL entitled to protection under the Fair Credit Billing Act. However, remember PEOPLE can be lazy and if you do not keep a good paper trail (dates, times, who you contacted, and results) when you are going through the process it will almost defeat you. THAT IS WHAT THE SCAMMERS WANT! Make sure you send everything certified mail and that you stay on top of the 30 - 90-day window. They have 30 days to respond to you and 90 days to resolve the issue. Report all of this to ALL 3 major credit bureaus and I think there is another one now, but don't quote me on this... Be RELENTLESS!
Check out all the answers below George. I concur about "downgrading" and then taking the precaution of changing your card. Chat to your bank for further advice. Wishing you well!
Log in to care.com. Go to upper right corner, click on MyCare.com (green box). Choose My Account & Settings, scroll down to Membership Information, choose Downgrade or Close. I chose close. You will receive an email stating: Your Care.com membership is set to close.
Good luck,
Axel
I know i did it thru the website, sorry, just dont revall how to get there. If there is an avviunts page, you may be able to remove payment info. Or contant bank and stop payment
Unfortunately, you have to call your credit card company and get a new card issued.
Good luck... take the card your put the subscription and cut it up... then call the card company and tell them you have tried to cancel the subscription and the company would not respond... that you have destroyed the credit card and want another card w a different number...
Hopefully that works for u
