Have they pay you for the gift cards that you sell them?

Answer:

They never paid me or contacted me despite multiple emails. My gift card was also used so I got nothing.

Cynthia... good luck getting a hold of card pool. One off their private #'s is 925-226-9988; also 800-240-6188 and 415-419-8787. Did you try emailing them @support@cardpool.com They seem pretty fishy to me. It will be uncomfortable, but if the gift is not good, you might tell whomever it was from so they do not continue to do business with them.

If cardpool buys gift cards and verifies them before they are sent out, why did i receive a walmart gift card that not only didn't have a balance, but also had never been activated?

Impossible to contact and get no response when you can. gift cards i purchased did not have the balance i was guaranteed. very very poor customer service!!!
