I had a bad experience with cancelon. I booked our hotel, paid the total amount and then I had to call them for my hotel confirmation to which I got told was the reason I did not receive my confirmation was because another customer booked before me so my booking was cancelled.
But I paid in full!' The answer was I will get a full refund within 7-10 days.
They offered me 10% off my next booking with cancelon.
After that ordeal they seriously think I will book with them again?
