I do not see any review of persons who sold their non-refundable rooms to cancelon. why?

Dear Wolfgang, hope you are well and sorry for the late reply. We would like to inform you that it's the guest's wish if they want to post about a newly bought reservation or sold reservation. However, some does the same but they don't mention how did they make the booking, just share their experience here. Why would cancel on accept payment for rooms that can't book ?

Dear Normand, it saddens me to hear about your experience. Following your concern, we would like to inform you that all the online hotel booking sites charge for the reservation at the very first moment and in few cases, there are chances that room could not get confirmed due to non-availability at the last moment in hotels.
