You will be hold for a long time and may even get disconnected. They never respond to emails

I have been trying to contact customer service for over a week every day to find out where my order is. Wondering if I have been scammed.

I contacted them about getting the rebate for my items not arriving on time. First time I called it said they were in a meeting. I tried later in the day during their posted business hours but it said they were closed for the day. I tried the next day and was on hold maybe 5 minutes, and got helpful assistance.

It is not possible to communicate effectively with customer service

Impossible. I've been on hold for 1.5hr and counting... they say current wait times are long but don't give the option of call back. They say you can leave a message, but previous customer reviews say they never returned the call.

Spent 3 days on hold, they never answer or return email unless its to steal your money. Be ware
