I had a horrible experience with their customer service. i made a letter error in a name on our registrtration and called about 4 times to be assured they have changed i to find out they have not on the day before the flight.

My daughter and i booked separate flights for next thurs from palma to leeds. when i try to book in online through the link you sent, i get a message saying they are incorrect and to message you direct. i have read all the reviews and i hope this is not the case. my daughter is going to pick up her wedding dress for the 2nd of april
