They responded to 3 of my emails within 12 -24 hours. I had no complaints, but needed information about shipping. It was a bit deceitful, but nothing major (got parts within 10 days instead 5 as I expected).

Legit, but need to know what you are ordering and what you are getting. For instance, they do not inform that with coated rotors you have to remove coating from the areas in contact with brake pads. Seems obvious, but I know of people who installed these rotors as received, after which they caught on fire. There is no explanation about it on the site (there is a warning label on a box, but you have to know it is there). So, better ask them as many questions as you can before purchasing.
