It doesn't matter if you talk to a supervisor or not, I've talked to 2 different ones female and male and nothing has been resolved. They have quality products it's a shame they feel the need to take advantage of people. Karma will get them, as many people as there screwing over, it's only a matter of time before the word gets out to enough people to make a difference. A would be so ashamed if I worked here I wouldn't be able to face people. Shame on you Bradford you use to have a integrity when I ordered I knew it was going to be a great product, but because of your shenanigan's I can't trust you any longer.
