Do you have yearly service contracts, if so, what is offered? I would rather pay a fixed annual price for unlimited service than pay as you go service

Unfortunately we do not offer yearly service contracts. Only pay as you go. The reason is because the quality of service suffers with yearly contracts and you may have problems that we can't fix. We don't want to charge our customers for anything we may not be able to fix. You can learn more at the link below.
