How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at biglots.com?

Answer:

Only during business hours and good luck. They all seem very busy and unable to help beyound try the website in a couple of hours if you can't complete your order.

What made you choose biglots.com over similar businesses?

Answer:

I have shopped at Big Lots for many years In the past, they had the best prices for many items. Now, they have high prices for merchandise that is not even high quality and they don't stock anything that they don't buy as closeout lots.

Is biglots.com a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

It is semi-legit. I have shopped there many years. Lately, however, their prices have gone up but not their quality. They buy closeout lots of merchandise then resell them to consumers. Their prices should be lower. I won't shop there anymore.
