I have ask you continuously to cancel the subscription that I did not agree to, so anymore payments taken from my card will be unauthorised transaction. You have already took £119.98 from me so I would like a refund, famie1@virginmedia.com

I have been waiting for my won and paid for item for four months, have exchanged loads of emails and received nothing but excuses so far. Should I escalate via the authorities or is this a normal amount of time to wait?
