How do I pay with my credit card when that option is grayed out right before I place my delivery order.
Hi, if the credit card option is grayed out, it means that the restaurant you are placing an order to does not accept credit card payments online.

Where is my review for Goodie's Cafe? I posted it last night.
Why is whoever owns BM (what appropriate lettering!) being allowed to post fake reviews, both in the app store and at site jabber? Someone here states that they have been using Beyond Menu since 2011 when the oldest feedback I can find on them anywhere is from 2016? Also someone posts a review simply to state that, "this service is not a fraud?" When there are at least a dozen reviews from people who have been defrauded? Why does the app still have a 4.6 rating in the app store when there are obviously major fraud risks associated with this company? There are a large number of 5 star reviews from "a google user" but NO 1 or 2 star reviews from anonymous users, and hardly any negative reviews at all, when most of the reviews here are negative? Google!!! WAKE UP!! Obviously something shady is going on and you all don't see it, but I do. I have never seen you drop the ball like this; I am going to have to stop speaking so highly of Google when I am talking to people. I hope the owners of beyond menu do not give me phone cancer for posting this, and Google- why do I have to CALL you with the PHONE do you not have an email address? Said average wait time to talk to someone was 2 minutes , bit I do not want to talk to anyone I really just wanted to send you this, why is...omg...perish the thought....a phone call the only option to contact Google support through the app store?
This company has hijacked my Google business page ..can anyone tell me how do I get it back...they are giving me bunch of excuses .
Why wont you answer your phone or call me back? We were long time business customers of yours and decided to discontinue service with beyond menu because of your customer payment changes. After cancelling I have made repeated attempts to get your company to take don the old website and turn over the domain name. You keep saying you will have your "tech dept" do this but nothing happens, no call backs no help whatsoever. My domain name is maephimrestaurant.com, you know the phone number. Call me back and take care of my website problems.I am preparing a lawsuit in the meantime. Sincerely, Eric D.
how can I delete my beyond menu account?
I placed an order and the restaurant stated they do not have it. How long does the process take?
How do you send new orders to the participating restaurant so that they know they have a new order? Seems like restaurants aren't getting the orders based on reviews, but maybe that's their fault not yours.
