lookinf for a full refund for items purchased from the store and never received. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! I also am requesting my account closed and all remaining bids to also be refunded due to your incompetence. and lack of response to my contact in this matter. I will tell everyone I know how you operate if I am not completely satisfied with your responses and actions. Please be good people and realize that this is the only way my son was going to have a Christmas and all of his presents have not been delivered. I no longer want to deal with you and need this full refund asap or you will be responsible for ruining my son's Christmas!!! We have had a lot of loss this year and he can't go without presents.
