Hi Lillian, Our background reports will include criminal records, whenever that data is available. Our criminal data is pulled from thousands of sources, including county courts, departments of correction, police records and other state agencies. The results can include felonies, misdemeanors, arrest records as well as minor infractions, and even traffic and speeding tickets. It's important to keep in mind though that there are differences from county to county regarding how much criminal data they make digitally available. Some provide cases dating pretty far back, while others only provide cases from the past seven years. Some counties only make felonies available while others include arrests and traffic incidents. There are some counties that do not make their data digitally available at all, for us to be able to integrate into our reports. We are constantly updating and expanding our database to provide the most accurate and current information we possibly can. We also provide a Court Runner service, which allows you to purchase a request to any county criminal court, to request all felony or misdemeanor convictions for an individual in that county. The Court runner search will go back seven years in the counties you select. There is an additional purchase required, but this can be helpful in trying to track down a case from a county that has not yet made their data digitally available for integration into services like BeenVerified. Hi Natalie, You can use BeenVerified's reverse phone look up to search phone numbers you or someone may have received calls or texts from, in order to find out the owner of that number. BeenVerified provides searchable public data, and text messages are not public data. We are not able to provide text messages sent or received by a phone number. BeenVerified is a website that provides a searchable database of collected public records, organized into easy-to read reports. I have not personally tried Spokeo, so I could not speak to their reliability. Hi Shenel, If you signed up for a subscription, it would let you know on the screen that the subscription is automatically renewing until you elect to cancel. You can contact customer care and ask that automatic renewal be turned off for your account, or simply contact us when you wish to cancel, and you will not be billed for your following renewal date.
