I place an order with you all, and i just looked it up on you'll website and it saying something about on hold, and that you'll was trying to contact me, I don't understand because you'll clearly have my phone number and my email address and I have heard nothing from you'll. Please contact and let me know what is going on with my order. I need to know if I am getting this order or not and when. Again I need someone to contact me right away concerning this matter.
