I just purchased 2 duvet sets, but one of them does not have the 3D rose print on the duvet. I'm trying to get it exchanged/replaced, but am unable to connect with service@beddinginn.com.

How can I communicate with them?

YOU CAN'T! THEY BULL$#*! EVERYONE AND SENDS OUT THE SAME REPLIES. ALL I WANTED WAS AN EXCHANGE TOO AFTER RECEIVING DAMAGED SEAT COVERS BUT THEY DON'T EVEN WANT TO DO THAT! THEY AR SCAMMERS AND A FRAUD THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AS WELL IT'S OBVIOUS! NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
