Don't even try, you'll never get your money back. Report the company to your credit card or paypal and try to get your money back through them, the company is worthless.
It is probably too late, but I would notify my credit card company and ask them not to pay if they havent already done so. If you do receive your product and are not happy, don't return it. You will be back to where you are now. They never refund money. I think all the5 star reviews are made up, don't believe them.
