Sometimes beautiful halo deliver items that are incorrect or faulty and customers understandably require a refund. how can beautiful halo justify a customer losing money (by paying for return shipment fee) when the reason for return is entirely their fault? the return shipping fee is the only thing being questioned.

Answer:

Customer service told me that one an item is shipped, it can't be returned. They gave no other option. I asked them to cancel the third light that I ordered because it had not been shipped. They never responded. Almost 3 months later I received the light/ ceiling fan in the mail.

Tried twice. if i order and do not like it, can i return it. the onn line info refers to cancelling order... can i return if i don't like it

Answer:

Don't do it. They will fight you tooth and nail to avoid refunds and returns. They are liars and thieves! Give them your money and you will never get it back.

You will never get it. Big Scam - don't do it. You will be sorry if you do. Worst company and customer service in the world.
