In short, NO. We waited over six weeks only to have our chandelier arrive broken in numerous places. The exterior is the box was intact, the styrofoam cradle was damaged inside the box, indicating damage during packaging and not shipping. Customer service is non existent. I will never shop Beautiful Halo again!
It took almost a month to arrive. Honestly, though, the quality is terrible, the size guide was wrong. I ordered two mediums and one is a lot smaller than the other. They have a no return policy, and will only refund 5%. I gave it 1 star because I could not give it less, but it deserves zero stars and zero business.
I ordered 3 dresses based on the description that they are midi dresses. When I got the dresses, they were all barely knee lenght. I initiated a refund... omg they are not only deceptively advertising their merchandise but trying to manipulate you into keeping your unwanted items by offering % of your cost refunds. Do not order from this company. They want me to return them to China (shipping cost: over $60) but they have a warehouse in new jersey. Forget about it.
