Very disappointed. barx buddy doesn't work. can't open battery compartment to see if it is missing. please reply by text 612-875-2800

Answer:

You simply slide the black plastic door on the back pushing down around the middle spot where there is a oval with lines in it. Push down and toward the bottom where the strap is connected.
