If "for real" means serious or genuine in existence, my answer is yes. If the point is reliability, then my answer is neutral, because that depends on the seller him or herself.

Yes I paid for products that I have never received, would seriously consider before using them again, as they took my money and did not get all my products called and called and sent emails but they are not really interested in correcting anything for you to get your order.

I received the item I ordered, but the size was too small not as the equivalent British size it stated, but some Phantom person contacted me to find the nature of the order and despite sending the info I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING EVER AGAIN

Instead of reading different opinions without knowing if people are paid to say what they are saying you should do your own research for example on youtube searching for "banggood.com bad" or "defective". You will see get enough results and take your decision.
