Yes it is real and... GOOD! If all internet compagnies would be of the same standard that would be nice... i have ordered many things over the past many years and never had problems with them... never!

If "for real" means serious or genuine in existence, my answer is yes. If the point is reliability, then my answer is neutral, because that depends on the seller him or herself.

Yes I paid for products that I have never received, would seriously consider before using them again, as they took my money and did not get all my products called and called and sent emails but they are not really interested in correcting anything for you to get your order.

I received the item I ordered, but the size was too small not as the equivalent British size it stated, but some Phantom person contacted me to find the nature of the order and despite sending the info I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING EVER AGAIN

Instead of reading different opinions without knowing if people are paid to say what they are saying you should do your own research for example on youtube searching for "banggood.com bad" or "defective". You will see get enough results and take your decision.

Yes the company is real, however, I would never use them again.
I placed three separate orders at the same time, two never arrived at all and the third one which did arrive, most of the items were so badly damaged and beyond use, due to ridiculously poor packaging.
Their customer service is also really, really bad. It took weeks just to get a response from them and when I did, they really weren't very helpful. After having to send pics of the damaged items, they told me that they would part reimburse me for the damaged items which I accepted but have still received nothing from them in my paypal account. With regard to the parcels that never arrived, all they did was tell me to try and check with the post office. I've not been able to track these so I guess I've lost my money. Only buy from this company if you're prepared to write off your money if the goods don't arrive or arrive damaged. It's even more frustrating to continuously receive their marketing emails when they have treated me so poorly. I would never buy from this company again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Total rip off.

I have had over 100 orders of electronic goods in 2 years with Banggood without problems. I guess the few people who had unresolved issues with Banggood used the same kind of language they are using here and they then turn surprised people don't listen to then.

Real, serious, affordable. I bought many products. I had a little problem with just one product early resolved.

In my opinion, you've placed a stupid question! If you are sceptical, move on and order from someone else!

I have used them for years now, hundreds of transactions, and no problems, in fact, I have more issues with local retailers than I do with Banggood.
They only use discount post services, so delivery times can vary, here in Australia, it varies from 2 to 4 weeks, any longer has always turned out to be a customs inspection which can add a couple of weeks. They also honour warranty, and will refund un delivered goods.

Yes it's a real company that sells a lot of different items. They also sell items that they haven't had in stock for a while and also discontinued items. You don't know about this until your order fails to arrive. When you start asking questions sometimes you will get an answer when they are ready. Customer service is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Only way to get any satisfaction is to keep posting on their site!

Read the Reviews about this Company and you will realize they take your money but don't send your product or they make excuses. My opinion stay far away from them.

The company is for real... As in real ripoff. I received the order in 20 days. Nothing fit and the cost of return shipping was more than the cost of the goods. Basically speaking, money in the trash with no recourse
