Are the US sizes for shoes and boots the same as we would purchase in the USA or smaller? Also, I see some bad feedback from customers, especially on how long it takes to ship, and ordering, and then it is out of stock? Do you return $ paid if out of stock to credit card?, and how long does that take to return $ back to card? TY, Valerie

I completely agree with Gerry M. Also why would you take the risk with sizing if you have read all the negative feedback? It just isn't worth it.

They are not the same sizes. The chart can help moderately... My experience not worth buying unless you can try on. Banggood will not be worth a return... if you can get them to respond to you in anyway.
