I've had no troubles with Banggood. Shipping depends on a few things, it could take up to a month for whatever you ordered to arrive, unless you pay more but that won't make it show up that much faster. It has to make a long trip, I'm in the middle of nowhere in Canada & every time it has taken about 20-30 days. Which is not all that bad, nobody can do much better than that anyways because no matter who you order from it is likely to ship with the same four companies anyways. The postal service in Canada only runs five days a week, America has 6 days of postal service. What is the service like where you are?

Hi Seth, the biggest problem I have found with Banggood is that they will take your money even though what you have ordered is not in stock. You won't know it's not in stock unless you keep checking on your order. I was waiting on delivery and when it didn't turn up I checked and my order was still processing! They never informed me that items weren't in stock and when I posted questions on board they ignored me. Apparently it's a common occurrence, they don't put note up telling you it's out of stock, they just keep selling it and taking your money.

Estoy convencido de que Banggod hara el envio en las mejores condiciones, pero para asegurar la recepcion, es conveniente pagar un poco mas, comprar un numero de envio es importante. Mas seguro certificado. Y mas seguro pero mas caro envio express.

I am convinced that will make Banggod sending in the best conditions, but to ensure the reception, you should pay a little more, buy a shipment number is important. Safer certificate. And safer but more expensive express shipping.

I made about 10 orders from banggood and once there was an inoperational unit and they immediately sent me a replacement. I like their customer service, one of the best out there for sure.

Shipping from China to Ghana... HMMMMMMMMMMM?
Banggood will definitely send what you order... But, I have NO idea what the time frame would be, or what shippers might be best. Whether the goods get there in good working condition, is a different story!
My best advice, is to plan to be patient about waiting for your order... And DO NOT spend more money than you can afford, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described... It can be difficult to return, or get Banggood to replace. Best of luck!
