I too have been trying to contact them since 27 December.
Still no reply. I bought them from here because they were supposed to be Australian!
I wrote to them last year on behalf of my sister in law and took ages to get reply. I even asked if they were going broke and the answer came back....Definitely not, moving to bigger better premises and lots of orders to fill. Absolute liars I think.
Iam going to contact dept of fair trading. Surly someone must be able to contact them.
Not happy!!! Pretty disgusting they don't reply to their customers emails.
