How can I get in touch with somebody regarding an order placed over a week ago. No response on email or facebook. Ordered from this company based on the "guaranteed ships within 48 hours" but a week and a half later no banana bed and no contact. Any help would be appreciated.

I too have been trying to contact them since 27 December. Still no reply. I bought them from here because they were supposed to be Australian! I wrote to them last year on behalf of my sister in law and took ages to get reply. I even asked if they were going broke and the answer came back....Definitely not, moving to bigger better premises and lots of orders to fill. Absolute liars I think. Iam going to contact dept of fair trading. Surly someone must be able to contact them. Not happy!!! Pretty disgusting they don't reply to their customers emails.
Why is Banana Bed not returning customers emails for faulty products? Is Barry Cavendish still involved with the company and can he be contacted? Can anyone be contacted at Banana Bed for redress of complaints? Is Banana Bed company in trouble and business going to cease?
