Then I would like to know how my order was cancelled on grounds of the item being out of stock, when your website doesn't allow items that are listed as out of stock to be purchased. My order was cancelled honestly because you guys realized you messed up on the price and didn't want to lose a profit. I'm already talking to an attorney, and I don't want to hear about your terms and conditions because your company has made so many changes to the website since this happened in attempt to cover up your unfair practices, until I don't believe anything your company has to say. I contacted your company many times and never received a response about the issue before taking it this far. I don't appreciate being lied to and being misled by false advertising, and doing so is illegal, so I'm seeking legal actions since it took posting on this site to get a response. Too little too late. Maybe you should review the email that I sent stating all the laws that were broken in both Alabama (my state) and Nevada (the company's state), before you start on how your company isn't responsible. If you advertise the product, you have certain laws you have to abide by, whether intentional or not (neglect).

CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY and dispute the charge. Explain everything you have been through and dispute the charge. My card company gave me my money back.
