I ordered a bike 8th august 2015 Bike says it was shipped 12th august which the company say's should arrive in 3-5 days however we are now on 4th oct and i still don't have a bike. Cost £202 and i am very unsure what to do as a next step. My daughter was really looking forward to this bike for her birthday and is now very dissapointed and it ruined her birthday... very upset with this company and would like a bit of help as to what to do about being scammed by them horrible people.

I found something on this site that is rare and i cannot find ANYWEHRE else... and it cost almost 100 bucks... i REALLY want it. But after reading alot of these reviews i am very hesitant,, any suggestions?
