Hey Gary, It's not possible to set your profile to get featured at the same time every day. If you've opted for the bundle offer, you'll get a total of 3 features for the cost of 2. So when your first feature ends, you'll get another. And then another at no extra cost!

Why do i need to pay to see certain people that have liked my profile?

Accessing the users that have already liked you, without first liking them back to create a match, forms part of our subscription-based service Badoo Premium! If you don't want to subscribe to Badoo Premium, you can always play encounters and if you match with a user, you'll be able to interact with them freely.

I added £45 to my badoo account and immediately received a notification the my account was blocked. i have no idea why i am being blocked.

If you don't use one of the Badoo mobile apps, it may be that your browser's location services are not providing us with accurate coordinates. Credits and Badoo Premium are two separate premium services. Credits are to purchase self-promotion services such as Rise Up, extra shows and Get Featured. However, Badoo Premium is a subscription based service, with the exception of our lifetime plan, that enables you access to many different functionalities for the period you subscribe. E.G. Undo your last no vote, top chat, invisibility and access people who liked you. Please feel free to message us with any further questions.
