Hello Ruth, There currently isn't an integration that allows for users to upload their Facebook pictures to their Backstage profile directly. Your best bet is to get the high resolution images directly from your headshot photographer and upload them manually, this way they're not compressed so you can put your best foot forward. Hello Faith, thanks for reaching out. If you have an active subscription you are able to upgrade to a longer termed subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings page. You will be charged for the new subscription at the time of upgrade, and the credit your unused time on your current subscription will be subtracted from the total. Hello Aliya. Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time but you will retain access for the time you have paid for. For instance, if you purchase a monthly subscription and decide to cancel 15 days in, you will still have your subscription for another 15 days, and then it will expire. Hopefully that helps.
