Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Back Market staff and previous consumers.
Hey there Kathryn, Thanks for letting us know. I'm glad to hear that you are lovin' your MacBook Air. If there is no error code or issue for you when booting up the MBA, then it should be fine. But in my opinion, I would still try to troubleshoot the issue with the seller to see if the MBA can boot up faster. Please contact the seller directly through the "My Orders" tab on Back Market. I hope this answers your question! Let me know if you need anything else. I'm always happy to help. Regards, Dominick from Back Market
Hello Daniel, Ouch! I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the default Back Market 12-month does not cover drops, screen cracks, or any other damage caused by the customer. However, if you bought the device with the Asurion 2-year protection plan, then yes, cracked screens would be covered and repaired at no cost. I hope this answers your question, Daniel! I'm always happy to help. Regards, Dominick from Back Market
Hello Jesse, Thanks for letting me know. Could you further clarify the issue you're having? When did you place the order? We guarantee and require our sellers to provide devices with at least 80% battery health for smartphones. Our sellers generally have diagnostic reports to confirm the battery health of each device. And normally, the Back Market 12-month warranty does not cover consumables, such as battery health, since these are considered 'wear-and-tear'. Please also bear in mind that the way you use the phone will affect the battery performance in numerous ways; i. E., roaming data internationally, running numerous apps at once, keeping the screen on for long periods of time, or even using your phone in hot weather will rapidly deplete the battery. Also, constantly charging your device when not necessary will increase the charge cycles of the battery much more quickly, thus reducing battery health. However, if there is a inherent defect with the device, or if the device had a worn battery, then you should open up a service request with the seller by going to the "My Orders" tab of your Back Market account. I hope this answers your question, Jesse. Let me know if you need anything else. Regards, Dominick from Back Market
