Hello Daniel,

Ouch! I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, the default Back Market 12-month does not cover drops, screen cracks, or any other damage caused by the customer.

However, if you bought the device with the Asurion 2-year protection plan, then yes, cracked screens would be covered and repaired at no cost.
